Terms and Conditions

General Provisions:

These terms and conditions define the rules for purchasing and selling products via the website m87.pl. Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms. The m87.pl store operates exclusively online. Each order is confirmed with a fiscal receipt. A VAT invoice can be issued upon customer request. All sales contracts are concluded within the territory of Poland and are governed by Polish law. The parties to the agreement are the buyer and the owner of the m87.pl store.

Product Presentation:

All products offered are new, original, and covered by the manufacturer’s, importer’s, or seller’s warranty – valid in Poland and the EU. Product descriptions are prepared with due care, but minor inaccuracies in data do not constitute grounds for claims. In case of discrepancies between the description and the actual appearance of a product, please contact customer service. Photos may slightly differ from the actual product. Prices are listed in euros, excluding VAT and shipping costs. The applicable price is the one visible at the time of placing the order. The store reserves the right to update prices, modify the offer, and start or end promotions. Promotions and sales apply only to selected products and have limited availability. Orders are processed in the order they are received, while supplies last. In the case of incorrect pricing or product information, we reserve the right to cancel the order. The customer will receive an email offering the option to confirm the order with the corrected information or cancel it. No response will be treated as a cancellation. All company names and trademarks are used for informational purposes only and belong to their respective owners.

Placing Orders:

Orders can be placed via the form available at m87.pl or by email to office@m87.pl. If the data provided is incomplete or incorrect, the seller will attempt to contact the buyer. If contact is not possible, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. For custom orders, additional verification may be required.

An order is processed after:

• The payment is credited to the account of M87 Andrzej Kowalski, or
• Successful payment authorization via PayPal.

Order Cancellation:

Orders are prepared individually, considering design and operational costs. Therefore, cancellation after order confirmation is subject to a handling fee of 50% of the order value.

For prepayment, the customer must make the payment within 14 days. After this period, the order will be canceled. Changing the payment method is possible after consultation with customer service. Using PayPal implies acceptance of its terms. For international orders, FEDEX delivery costs will be added. International orders can be paid via transfer, credit card, or PayPal.

Delivery Costs and Conditions:

Estimated order processing time is 4–6 business weeks, starting from the moment the order is placed and paid for. In exceptional cases, this period may be extended. Orders containing products with different delivery times will be shipped once all items are ready. Shipping costs are covered by the customer unless a promotional offer states otherwise. Packaging is included in the shipping cost. Domestic and international shipments are handled by FedEx on business days. Packages are properly secured and labeled. Delivery must be confirmed with a signature. In case of damage during transport, a damage report must be prepared. Once the package is received, the customer assumes responsibility for the goods, including the risk of damage or loss.
