Returns

Each jumpsuit is made to order, tailored individually based on the measurements and approved design provided by the client. Therefore:

An order is considered final once the design is approved and the payment is received.
Custom-made products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, in accordance with Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.

If there are any fitting issues after receiving the product, we offer a one-time free adjustment, based on the scope agreed upon with the client.
Adjustment requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
If the issue is due to a production error (e.g., the product does not match the approved design), we will correct it free of charge.
If the product does not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the client, adjustments may still be possible:
- Minor discrepancies (up to 5 cm) can be corrected as part of the free adjustment.
- Larger discrepancies (more than 5 cm) may incur additional costs, to be determined individually after reviewing the case.
